WORK has been completed on the latest addition to a South Yorkshire business park.
The 12th building at Europa View, at Sheffield Business Park, offers 20,000 sq ft of new accommodation over three floors, available for lease as a whole or by individual floors or to purchase as a single building.

Business park manager Rebecca Wyatt said: "We are the largest business park in the region and are now established as the premier location for businesses seeking high-quality headquarters or other office accommodation.

Alan Goodson, managing director of Sheffield-based contractor BDB Design Build, which built the project, said: "It is a pleasure to be involved in the ongoing development of such a successful business development."

Meanwhile, Sheffield Business Park has appointed a new director.

Regeneration expert Graham Sadler arrives from national regeneration company Priority Sites where, as development director south, he controlled a £20m programme delivering speculative and bespoke industrial and office accommodation from South Yorkshire to Cornwall.
