Historic mill to stage art exhibition
The owners of Sunny Bank Mills are reviving the site in Farsley by taking inspiration from Bradford’s World Heritage Site, Salts Mill.
The scheme, which will see the mill transformed into a business centre and leisure facility, is aimed at reclaiming its status as one of the west Leeds village’s biggest employers.

Richard Snowden’s cheeky ladies and Yorkshire landscapes and Eric Moss’s kissing pots are just some of the works going on show.
The exhibition will run until Sunday, September 29.
The mill, which was also once the home of Yorkshire soap operas Emmerdale and Heartbeat, is being regenerated by owners and directors John and William Gaunt.
The £2.5m scheme is aimed at helping the mill reclaim its status as the major employer in Farsley.
